DescriptionWe present MRTouch, a multitouch input solution for head-mounted augmented reality systems. MRTouch transforms ordinary surfaces in the environment into expansive touchscreens, bringing the precision and tactility of touch input to augmented reality. MRTouch is implemented on the Microsoft HoloLens and requires no sensing hardware beyond the existing on-board cameras.
